OTOBOOK is suitable for auto repair servics, automobile mechanics, independent technicians, and even auto dealers. The app also alerts users when it’s time for any scheduled maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and routine service.
Users can add and track service for vehicles by searching their VIN, making it a very simple auto maintenance reminder apps to use. And when it’s time to visit a mechanic or service center, the application can point you toward your car dealer or the closest auto repair shop near you.

Vehicle maintenance can be daunting. It’s difficult to remember to schedule things like oil changes and brake jobs with so many other things going on in your life.
OTOBOOK Founders want to build a car maintenance app to help people keep track of their vehicles with regular maintenance reminders, service record, fuel-tracking and more.
PROCESS
We followed HCD process by first conducting user research. After synthesizing inspiring insights from survey and interviews, we defined the problem and jumped right into the ideation phase. From sketches all the way into fidelity prototypes, we gradually created the first version of the application. Right now, we are conducting usability testings and will iterate more based on the feedback we receive.
